Resolved Question: xbox 360 repair order?

ok i got 3 red rings, i called microsoft support, some retarded mexican girl who i could not understand picks up she files repair order. i get email, but no instructions, only this one email telling me return shipment detail, its called like UPS label delivery. Now what do i do? i have no idea what i must to and where i take my 360, what box do i put it, what information i include? please help... read more
