Resolved Question: does microsoft exchange xboxes?

my Xbox (1) has the deadly red lights, and my friend told me that i can send it to microsoft to exchange it for a new one. he also said all i have to do is call microsoft first. is this true? and regardless of if it's true or not, if anyone knows the number to call microsoft then could you tell me? thanksa bunch -Aaron... read more
